3. USA: Slowdown in inflation & slight uptick in jobless claims, should influence market sentiment, but the unpredictable trade policies have held back sentiment. We remain long & urge you not to panic
4. CURRENCIES: US dollar, which recently hit a decade-low against the Swiss franc
5. JPM: +2% pre, Q1 revenue beats. $46.01 B, ($44.11B expected) CEO warns “considerable turbulence.”
6. MS (PH): Flat, despite reporting $2.60 ps on $17.74B revenue, $2.20 ps & $16.58 B expected.

9. BLK; +1.9% pre, earns $11.30ps, $10.14 expected. Revenue misses $5.28B, $5.34B expected.
10. AXP: Flat, upgrade from BAC (PH) buy. Why now? The analysts cited a flight to quality for their call.

1. FUTURES: After yesterday's wild ride we have a little hangover, NSDQ-1.79%, DOW-1.14%, SPX-1.49%

2. ASIA: Chinese stocks gained despite the tariffs 125%. Nikkei and Hang Seng surged.
3. OIL: Prices dropped on trade war fears and worries linger about growth. PH CVX falls in the pre 1.75%
4.GOLD: Continues to climb, markets remain cautious. Tariff pause temporarily rather than a resolution?
5. USA:90-day pause on most new US tariffs announced by PTD, sparked relief rallies in Asian & Europe
6. CURRENCIES: Yuan hits a 17-year low, dollar lost ground against safe-haven currencies

1. FUTURES: Looked OK until China announced retaliation Tariffs, NSDQ-1.6%, DOW-2%, SPX-1.8%.
2. ASIA: indexes plunged, Nikkei -3.6% & Taiwan’s tumbling 4.6%, MSCI’s Asia-Pacific index fell 1.9%
3. OIL:-4% on demand concerns, you can buy any oil company cheap, Buffett favourite OXY, at 2yr low
4. CURRENCIES: Safe-havens, YEN and Swiss franc surged as dollar slids, China’s yuan lowest since 07

5. USA:The S&P 500 suffered a historic reversal, losing $5.8 trillion in value over four days
​
6.UNH, (PH, core), Mizuho goes to $650 ps and outperform, representing a 17% upside from yesterday

7. AAPL: on a four-day losing streak, losing 25% of its value, it had be resilient since the start of the 25

8. WMT: (PH, Core) pulls outlook for OI in Q1, wants to “maintain flexibility to invest in price as tariffs are implemented.” The company still expects sales to grow 3% to 4% during the three-month period.

9. CEG: +1% pre following an upgrade at Citi to buy, "recent slide has created a compelling risk/reward"

2. ASIA: Stocks bounce off 1.5-yr lows, Nikkei +5.6%, in stark contrast to Taiwan’s -3%. TSM +3% pre
3. VIX: Fear index, +60, Wall Streets turbulent session ends flat after wild swings on mixed headlines
4. GOLD: traditional safe havens like gold & the USD edge lower as risk appetite cautiously returns
5. USA: Treasury yields climbed from six-month lows, pulling global bond yields higher.
6. OIL: Recovers from 4yr lows, EU futures rallied, economic risks of the ongoing trade and actual war
7. AVGO: PH core, +6% pre, announces $10B buyback or 1.4% of its shares through open market buys. 1. FUTURES: Tariff selling continues, NSDQ-2.26%, DOW- 2%, SPX-2.17%, we need a WH announcement!
2. ASIA: Nikkei drops another 6%, Chinese blue chips slid 7%, & Taiwan's market plunged almost 10%
3. OIL: lower prices and interest rates. WTI is below $60 a barrel and the 10-yr Treasury yield is below 4%
4. USA: JPM now places the odds at 60%—futures markets have swiftly priced in multiple Fed rate cuts
5. NVDA: -6% pre, makes new chips in Taiwan & assembles its AI systems in Mexico & in other countries
6. TSLA: (PH) Wedbush cuts to $315 ps from $550. 30% upside to Friday's close. China sales will be bad.

9. PLTR: -9% pre following last week’s losses of 13%. The stock is down more than 2% on the year.
10. APPL: -4% pre due to it manufacturing in china, GOOGL, MSFT, AMZN all fall 2%, Meta -4%, dont panic
